About the Role

This role is key to enhancing how London Business School uses data and systems to support world-class teaching and learning. You will lead the management and optimization of key systems, ensuring data accuracy and driving effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service in area of specialism.
  • Ensure area/team compliance with necessary regulations/processes.
  • Produce high-quality reports and reporting tools, identifying trends and issues.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards and targets.
  • Develop relationships within and outside the team, receiving positive feedback from colleagues.
  • Improve processes and procedures in own area of specialism.

Requirements

  • A specialist qualification in an area related to data or business analysis or working towards a relevant professional qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to break down complex issues and explain them in layman’s terms.
  • Experience using PowerBI, Excel and databases to analyse and report on data.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Project management and process improvement skills and experience.
  • Experience of producing recommendations and insights from data.
  • Proven commitment to self-development.
