About the Role
This individual will perform plant and grounds cleaning to ensure a sanitary and neat operation of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Follow and maintain daily cleaning schedule
- Clean restrooms, handrails, floors, vestibules, and stairwells
- Sweep, scrub, and mop floors as necessary
- Collect and dispose of facility refuse
- Replace/stock cleaning supplies for restrooms and storage areas
- Safely operate a tow motor, floor sweeper, and floor scrubber
- Maintain outside grounds
- Perform various duties as required by supervisors
Requirements
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Manual dexterity and strength/stamina to perform tasks
- Must be able to communicate and work well with others
