About the Role
As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you will help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during peak seasons. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and make a positive impact on each guest's day, embodying the brand's culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-centric service and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store performance by building guest connections.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, acting with integrity.
- Educate customers on product details and personal style, making tailored suggestions.
- Adapt to various roles including Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
