About the Role
As a full-time Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in implementing business strategies and leading the store's brand experience. Your focus will be on training and coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieve revenue targets, prioritize philanthropic impact, and ensure operational excellence, all while embodying the Kendra Scott culture.
Responsibilities
- Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-first mentality.
- Connect with guests and make a difference in their day using WOW Service Principles.
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and part of the family.
- Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections.
- Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
- Take ownership of specific areas to positively impact store performance.
- Motivate and inspire the team through feedback and recognition.
- Act as a role-model leader, demonstrating how to create positive experiences.
- Drive team engagement by celebrating performance and building skills.

Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

- Eligible for revenue sharing incentive
- $500.00 quarterly bonus (based on store and individual performance)
