About the Role
Elior UK is transforming hospitality technology, investing in solutions that deliver smarter operations and exceptional customer experiences. This role leads the successful rollout of these solutions across client sites, involving project management, customer engagement, training, implementation, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Champion Elior's customer technology strategy, promoting digital innovation across clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the mobilisation and launch of new technology solutions, providing on-site support and guidance for successful adoption.
- Deliver engaging training and communications to operational teams to help them embrace new systems with confidence.
- Build strong relationships with Operations, Sales, Technology teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Support technology feasibility assessments for new business opportunities and provide expert advice during the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer experiences by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Monitor project risks, manage implementation plans, and ensure technology solutions continue to deliver long-term business value.
Requirements
- Experience delivering technology implementation projects involving digital platforms, EPOS, e-commerce, mobile applications, or hospitality technology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through to successful launch.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence colleagues, clients, and suppliers at all levels.
- Experience training and supporting end-users through technology change programs.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness, with experience managing project budgets, suppliers, or technology partners.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience within hospitality, retail, or contract catering is advantageous but not essential.
