About the Role
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. As a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer, you will be a frontline force for retail excellence, bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store by building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks. Your work will delight consumers, drive results, and keep our iconic brands front and center.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
- Embrace the physical nature of the role, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Physically move products from the stockroom to store floor and stock store shelves.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location.
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
