About the Role
Join our growing team of inspirational, ambitious, and digitally-enabled innovation consultants working on Transport, Energy, and Water projects throughout the UK. You will design innovation systems and deliver innovation initiatives for clients, collaborating with domain experts and utilizing our innovation management playbook. Opportunities also exist within our Business Change portfolio for transformation and digital initiatives. We provide innovation training, coaching in methodologies, digital training via AI Studio using Copilot, and a dedicated mentorship program.
Responsibilities
- Design innovation systems for clients.
- Deliver innovation initiatives for clients.
- Work with domain experts in engineering, environment, and social sectors.
- Utilize the innovation management playbook.
- Work across the Business Change portfolio on transformation and digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in chosen field through previous roles, internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- Creative thinking skills with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value.
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
- Degree qualified in a technical or business discipline.
