About the Role
GSK internships offer the opportunity to kickstart your career by taking on real roles with genuine impact. You will tackle challenging tasks within live projects or assignments, learn from team members and other parts of GSK, and develop skills and gain valuable experience for your future.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a business or compliance improvement project.
- Support day-to-day operations in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform environmental monitoring activities, including environmental swabbing and sample collection.
- Prepare and process microbiological samples for incubation and testing.
- Support Quality Control testing activities.
- Assist with product, process, and equipment validation projects.
- Support and lead laboratory and site-wide improvement projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed a minimum of 2 years of undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of the placement.
- Enrolled at a UK or ROI University for the duration of the placement.
- Obtain an application code by completing a short activity in Connectr.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
