About the Role
This is an office-based opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the activities used to fulfil the purpose of Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance and grasp how the team fits into the wider pharmaceutical industry. You will learn from industry experts on how safety information is collected, analysed, and acted upon to communicate the safety profile of products to doctors and patients globally. This placement offers a chance to gain technical and business skills, explore interests and capabilities within Safety, and build a strong network at a leading pharmaceutical company.

Requirements
- Currently studying a Life or Health sciences degree, or equivalent (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.).
- Completed a minimum of 2 years of undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of the placement.
- Enrolled at a UK (United Kingdom) or ROI (Republic of Ireland) University for the duration of the placement.
- Obtain an application code by completing a short activity in Connectr.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Must not have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and be currently studying a postgraduate Masters.
- Must successfully pass all recruitment stages: Connectr activity, Eligibility Form, GSK Digital Assessment, potential technical assessment, and Virtual Assessment Centre or Virtual Interview.

- £28,900 plus a bonus
