About the Role

As a Senior Group Product Manager at Interac, you will lead a portfolio of product teams focused on delivering strategic outcomes across a major business area. You will oversee multiple product managers, drive the vision and execution of critical product lines, and align engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop team members who embody Interac’s values and culture.
Demonstrate strong performance management skills, setting expectations, identifying development opportunities, and coaching team members.
Establish and communicate performance standards, reinforcing individual results, work quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and company objectives.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
Effectively identify upcoming team needs based on the product roadmap to ensure successful project execution.
Define, evolve, and drive the multiyear product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a portfolio of products.
Maintain end-to-end accountability for product performance, including P&L oversight and data-driven optimization.
Translate strategy into clear product direction by shaping requirements and prioritizing initiatives.
Set portfolio guardrails and decision frameworks to guide execution across multiple product teams.
Build and scale cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations for successful launches and growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set product goals, priorities, and investment decisions.
Represent the product organization in senior-level, cross-functional forums.

Requirements

12+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years managing PM leaders or leading high-impact portfolios.
Ability to communicate with executive presence, aligning teams and leaders around vision, outcomes, and strategy.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Comfort working with executive leadership and influencing at a senior level.
Experience working in and managing a complex ecosystem of public and private sector stakeholders.
Track record of aligning product strategy with technical architecture across teams or organizations.
Proven ability to define and scale best-in-class product development practices across teams.
Experience with metric-driven product planning and execution.
Proven success scaling high-impact product areas or launching 0-to-1 initiatives.
Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
Successful completion of background checks, including Canadian Criminal Credit Check, Canadian ID Cross-Check, Public Safety Verification, 5-year Employment Verification, Education Verification, Credit Check, and Social Media Check.
