About the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, volume, and revenue growth for Cleveland Clinic London, supporting the organization's next stage of growth and delivering advertising and partnership plans. This role involves ownership of planning and delivery to foster productive relationships with external key stakeholders and partners with clinical and functional teams across the UK and US.

Responsibilities

  • Manages direct reports, including the marketing lead, officer, and interns, and collaborates with global marketing colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
  • Leads cross-channel marketing tactics to drive brand awareness, volume, and revenue growth across various payor types, in collaboration with business development, clinical teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develops and leads marketing campaigns across all channels, including extensive digital activities (PPC, 3rd party platforms), focusing on new clinical services and strategic growth projects.
  • Initiates public relations tactics with the global Department of Public and Media Relations.
  • Provides regular reporting to the Head of Business Development & Marketing and relevant leadership groups and committees.
  • Proactively scans the healthcare market and competitor/customer landscape for marketing opportunities.
  • Represents Cleveland Clinic at conferences for networking opportunities.
  • Supports the Head of Business Development & Marketing and collaborates with the wider commercial team on key initiatives to drive growth.
  • Supports the Head of Business Development & Marketing to ensure marketing policies, systems, structures, and approaches are fit for purpose and compliant.
  • Works collaboratively with other colleagues in the Growth function.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in healthcare services (private or NHS) is essential.
  • Previous experience managing marketing budgets and contracts is essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Experience with proactive marketing approaches, including market reviews and competitor/customer landscape mapping, is essential.
  • Previous line management experience is essential.
  • Previous experience managing and reporting on digital marketing tactics is essential.
  • Previous digital marketing experience is essential.
  • Previous experience working with senior stakeholders is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience running cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
