Responsibilities
- Present IT products and services from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Advise customers on their IT system landscape.
- Create cost-benefit analyses.
- Plan, develop, and coordinate IT solutions.
- Gain deep insights into IT security and data protection.
- Handle ticket and email processing.
Requirements
- Good to very good secondary school leaving certificate, Abitur, or a comparable school leaving certificate.
- English language skills B2.
- Communication skills and service orientation.
- Analytical thinking and technical understanding.
- Ability to adapt flexibly to changing situations.
- Careful and structured way of working.
