About the Role
This role is focused on delivering change activities to support people through a global finance transformation, ensuring the business is prepared and equipped for successful adoption. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
- Lead training and knowledge transfer plans for workstreams, ensuring deliverables are ready for review.
- Design and support training programs aligned to project timelines and business capacity, minimizing disruption.
- Support impact assessments to identify changes to roles, org design, and operating models.
- Guide stakeholders and workstream leads through change, proactively identifying and mitigating resistance.
- Collaborate with the business readiness team to maintain change readiness assessments and ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Track and report on change activities, risks, and issues, and monitor adoption to manage post-implementation interventions.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale change across complex, global organizations, ideally in finance.
- Ability to analyze and present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to build strong relationships across a matrix organization.
- Experience managing difficult stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive amid shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tailor communication style to diverse audiences.
- Experience with org design and people-related transformation.
- Experience applying established methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR.
- Professional change management certification is ideal.
