About the Role
Didomi is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for their Privacy and Consent Management Platform. This role involves end-to-end ownership, shaping product strategy, and collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process from discovery through delivery for assigned product areas.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape problems and decisions before requirements are finalized.
- Manage multiple complex workstreams and adapt to shifting business priorities.
- Establish and improve research and usability practices.
- Identify and address design debt to prevent downstream friction.
- Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping and concept validation.
- Foster a strong design culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design/prototyping tools.
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving, engineering-heavy environments with minimal oversight.
- Strong interaction and systems thinking skills.
- Experience building or contributing to a research practice with limited resources.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proven experience designing zero-to-one products, new platforms, or defining new product spaces.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and concept validation.
- Experience in privacy, compliance, or highly regulated/technical domains is strongly preferred.
