Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service.
- Support the smooth running of reception and café areas.
- Create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment.
- Welcome guests, answer queries caringly and helpfully, ensuring everyone feels valued.
- Support the café team with food and drink preparation and service.
- Be able to swim to a high standard and undergo site training to cover Lifeguard breaks.
Requirements
- Must have confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care.
- Must have great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Must be flexible, motivated, and show initiative.
- Must have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Must be able to swim to a high standard.
- Must be willing to undergo training at site.
