About the Role
Operate the switchboard and paging system, provide information and assistance to the public, residents, and staff, and perform general office functions as a receptionist.

- Provide information, directions, and/or assistance to the general public, residents, and staff.
- Maintain a pleasant and courteous attitude.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills required.
- Previous switchboard experience is desirable, but not required.
- Previous telephone and receptionist experience is desirable.
