About the Role
DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for the Enterprise Restaurant team to drive strategy, project planning, and relationship management for major clients. This role is crucial for DoorDash's success in Australia, focusing on developing growth plans and managing daily execution for a portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own reporting for clients to provide insights.
- Project manage large-scale enterprise merchant launches and initiatives for top brands.
- Oversee continued operational success for existing clients.
- Manage partner-specific needs, including POS integrations, customized reporting, menu optimization, merchant marketing, and operational improvements.
- Act as a liaison between partners and DoorDash teams by working cross-functionally.
- Build direct relationships with key partners across brands to ensure client needs are met at all levels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven experience working directly with external clients, including creating and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Ability to transform broad challenges or opportunities into actionable projects with clear goals.
