Responsibilities
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
- Present the OTF concept to any interested consumers
- Work at the front desk, including answering phones and talking to members
- Give studio tours
- Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Handle members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Requirements
- Passionate, positive, and great at building rapport
- Thrive on being part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on paper
- Passion for fitness
