About the Role
Lead the launch and early scaling of new health categories, owning each vertical from inception through to product-market fit and reaching £XXM+ ARR. This role requires a builder and operator who can manage strategic and executional threads, coordinate global launches, and ensure world-class service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify and model commercial opportunities for new vertical launches.
- Ensure alignment on investment needed for new product launches in the UK.
- Build the end-to-end customer experience for new verticals.
- Lead category launches end-to-end, managing and developing a team of Category Leads.
- Own the path to Product-Market Fit and £XXM+ ARR, defining success and driving the team to hit milestones.
- Coordinate global launch readiness with country managers across markets.
- Align PR, comms, and supply chain for public launches.
- Shape exceptional patient experiences in partnership with Product, Medical, Marketing, and Ops.
- Drive commercial strategy at the category level, owning the P&L per vertical.
- Define pricing models and growth levers for sustainability.
- Ensure pricing and discounting strategies are sustainable.
Requirements
- Strong commercial and operational track record (5+ years) with experience in new product or category launches.
- Experience in health, D2C, or subscription businesses.
- Proven people leadership experience, managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination skills at pace.
- Data-driven and outcome-obsessed approach to business.
- Patient-first mindset with a high bar for clinical quality and empathy.
- Entrepreneurial and structured approach, comfortable with uncertainty.
- Strong communicator capable of representing strategy to various stakeholders.
- Curious and growth-oriented mindset.
- Direct experience in health or preventative care (bonus).
- Experience working across international markets or with country-level general managers (bonus).
- Background in PR, comms strategy, or supply chain coordination for consumer launches (bonus).
- Successful track record in launching and scaling subscription-based health services (bonus).
