About the Role
The Commercial Partnerships team is looking for a manager to support the design and operation of Mastercard's global Commercial partnership model, focusing on analysis, process development, and operational effectiveness. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the tools, frameworks, and insights that enable effective partnership prioritization, onboarding design, and governance, ensuring processes are robust, scalable, and data-driven.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve tools that track partnership opportunities and pipeline progress.
- Monitor regional demand and partnership activity across markets.
- Provide clear visibility into partnership priorities, demand trends, and opportunity status.
- Support the development of prioritization frameworks and business cases.
- Analyze market opportunities, partner capabilities, and regional requirements.
- Turn data and stakeholder input into actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Help design, document, and maintain partnership lifecycle processes.
- Support governance structures and stage-gate frameworks.
- Ensure process documentation, templates, and tools remain current and are consistently used.
- Support the design and optimization of partner onboarding processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in onboarding.
- Help define onboarding timelines, ownership models, tracking mechanisms, and success metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as onboarding timelines, pipeline conversion rates, and adoption metrics.
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Support the testing and refinement of frameworks and processes.
- Communicate updates, changes, and best practices related to the partnership operating model.
Requirements
- Experience in partnership management, business strategy, operations, consulting, or other roles focused on solving business problems and driving execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience working across multiple teams, functions, and regions in a highly collaborative environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on building scalable processes and ensuring consistent execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse groups and drive alignment.
