About the Role

Lexington Reception Services (LRS) is focused on delivering excellent service to clients and their guests by employing top talent and leveraging technology for outstanding customer service. We provide a bespoke, sophisticated, and first-class concierge-style service that aligns with our clients' community expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the planning, organization, and execution of best-in-class Reception services.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of service in all front-of-house areas, including sufficient front desk support and desk coverage.
  • Build relationships with client service providers and the internal community.
  • Support the management team in improving processes and systems for service delivery.
  • Monitor Reception and client meeting room service performance to ensure correct procedures are followed.
  • Manage daily front-of-house service through visibility, service auditing, and on-the-job training.
  • Plan and organize team member desk cover for efficient use of time and resources, ensuring prompt service delivery.
  • Handle complaints and concerns, liaising with relevant departments and escalating to management as needed.
  • Drive front-of-house service improvements to support best-in-class customer experience.
  • Confirm catering and in-room requests, following up on missing information professionally.
  • Ensure effective communication between Facilities, Reception, and Hospitality teams.
  • Build trusting relationships with internal and external clients, setting an example for the team.
  • Optimize client meeting room space for maximum utilization while maintaining high service quality.
  • Process all requests professionally and efficiently, coordinating with Hospitality and other relevant teams.
  • Complete necessary reports, orders, and administrative tasks to the required standard.
  • Manage reception service hours, ensuring effective and strategic coverage and coordinating absence coverage with the Support Team Manager.
  • Be aware of and report Health and Safety issues in the Front of House Area to the Facilities Helpdesk.
  • Support the training of new team members and complete training checklists.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Lexington Front of House and Client matters.
