About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Fund Reporting Specialist to support the preparation and timely delivery of factsheets and various reports for Japan-domiciled and foreign-domiciled funds in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, production, and distribution of factsheets and monthly, quarterly, annual, and statutory reports for Japan-domiciled and foreign-domiciled funds.
- Assist in the preparation, editing, and coordination of market commentaries, reporting materials, and related documentation to support day-to-day reporting activities.
- Contribute to process improvement, standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives to support future operating model development and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Japan and regional teams to support operational stability, process change, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in fund reporting, operations, documentation, or related functions.
- Solid understanding of day-to-day reporting activities, including factsheets, periodic reports, and reporting workflows.
- Interest in or willingness to contribute to process improvement, process change, automation, and transformation-related initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and evolving business requirements.
- Familiarity with financial products, asset management, and fund reporting processes is preferred.
- You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
- You validate outputs and align with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
