About the Role
As an Associate Market Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management and business growth within the Long Island and Westchester Offices. We are looking for someone to drive business growth, manage and resolve escalated issues, and coach team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management and business growth within the Long Island and Westchester Offices.
- Drive business growth and assist with the management and development of Financial Advisors.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational, and HR Governance risks.
- Coach all team members, ensuring they receive the right training and that development measures are results-oriented and transparent.
- Assist with running regular sales meetings, focusing on implementing growth initiatives, evaluating progress, and creating action plans to address underperformance.
Requirements
- Ideally 5-7+ years of experience with a leading financial institution.
- Proven experience creating strong partnerships.
- Motivated, self-directed, and driven.
- Skilled at creating a positive business culture.
- Curious to explore how AI can improve workflows, with sound judgment for validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
