About the Role
As a part-time Stylist, you bring our brand to life every day by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You are the face of our organization and represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with guests using WOW Service Principles.
- Drive results by setting and achieving goals and building guest connections.
- Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
- Adhere to Kendra Scott policies & procedures and do the right thing.
- Educate guests on product details and personal style, making product suggestions.
- Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
- Proactively resolve concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with and support the team in providing WOW experiences for all guests.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
