About the Role
We are looking for a Supervisory Analyst with good judgment, a nose for identifying risk, and strong attention to detail. This role involves ensuring research meets all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, while working collaboratively with Legal & Compliance, Research Analysts, and Research Management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure research meets all legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure research meets UBS's internal policies, as specified by Research Management
- Work closely and collaboratively with Legal & Compliance, Research Analysts, and Research Management
Requirements
- A current Series 16 license is required
- The Series 4 or 24 would be considered a plus
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst
- Experience working on research product from different groups (equity, fixed income, etc.) and from all regions preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Scrupulous attention to detail
- Able to work effectively on time-sensitive research products
- Well-organized and able to cope in a demanding environment
- Able to work collaboratively with a close-knit team of Supervisory Analysts in several locations
- Capable of conceiving and recommending constructive solutions to problems
- Inquisitive, organized and able to work independently
- Curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows
- Validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
