About the Role
The Quality Leadership Development Program (QLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to develop high potential, entry-level individuals into future leaders in Quality Engineering. Participants will gain experience through challenging assignments, technical and leadership training, advanced education, and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Undertake rotations in Program Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Product Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Performance Analysis.
- Pursue an internally sponsored Green Belt project and receive certification, with the opportunity to pursue Black Belt.
- Participate in monthly training curriculum to develop technical and leadership skills.
- Engage in an annual, week-long leadership development conference for personalized training and networking.
- Work with an assigned mentor for guidance in career development and post-program placement.
- Complete a graduate degree on a part-time basis with tuition assistance.
- Experience assignments in various operational functions, business areas, and product groups nationwide.
- Participate in strategic project initiatives across the sector.
Requirements
- Must be able to relocate during the rotational program.
- Must be able to start at one of the major locations: Nashua, NH; Austin, TX; San Diego, CA; Wayne, NJ; Huntsville, AL; Endicott, NY; Greenlawn, NY; Manassas, VA.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities in academic pursuits.
- Participation in a variety of extracurricular activities.
