About the Role
As a full-time Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in implementing business strategies and leading the store's brand experience. Your focus will be on training and coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieve revenue targets, prioritize philanthropy, and ensure operational excellence, all while embodying the Kendra Scott culture.
Responsibilities
- Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-first mentality.
- Connect with every guest and make a difference in their day using WOW Service Principles.
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and part of the Kendra Scott family.
- Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences.
- Assist the Store Team Leader in developing short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
- Take ownership of a specific area of responsibility to positively impact store performance.
- Motivate and inspire the team through feedback and recognition.
- Act as a role-model leader, demonstrating how to create positive experiences for guests.
- Drive team engagement by celebrating outstanding performance and building skills through teaching and coaching.
- Cultivate people and help them develop into their best selves.
- Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
- Help achieve event and giveback goals.
- Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts.

Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
