About the Role
Manage full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in Extended Warehouse Management. Evaluate business requirements, identify SAP capabilities and best practices, and plan/execute Fit-Gap/Fit-to-Standard Workshops. Design solutions for identified GAPs and business process improvements, ensuring system implementation with near-/offshore teams. Act as a sparring partner for clients and manage projects, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring, testing, and providing go-live support. Offer expert consulting on SAP EWM best practices, strategies, and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and develop/maintain documentation. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Extended Warehouse Management.
- Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
- Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
- Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
- Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex SAP EWM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients on SAP EWM best practices, strategies, and implementation methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules and systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EWM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Have at least 15+ years of experience in this area.
- Big 4 consulting experience is required.
- At least 3-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in SAP EWM.
- Profound Extended Warehouse Management Execution process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
- Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
- Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
- S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
- Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
- Committed to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
- An internal talent champion across all sectors; not only directly involved in recruitment, but also in developing the sector-specific skills relative to Infosys’ current service offerings.
