About the Role
Infosys Japan is seeking IT Associate Consultants for new graduates (March 2027) and individuals with less than two years of work experience. The role involves starting a career as an IT Consultant/Engineer after a 3-6 month training program designed to enhance technical and professional skills. Continuous learning opportunities are available through workshops, certifications, and digital platforms to support long-term career development.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects across multiple phases, including customer requirements gathering, business analysis, high-level design, development & configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Contribute to division-level and company-wide initiatives, delivering high-quality, value-added consulting services in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and standards.
- Execute projects in collaboration with offshore teams (India), customer teams, and onsite teams working at customer locations.
- Analyze customer challenges. Develop and document effective solutions.
Requirements
- Must be able to work full-time in Japan.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (JLPT N2 or above) is required.
- Business-level English communication skills are required (approximately TOEIC 700 or above preferred).
- Candidates who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a domestic or international university or graduate school by March 2027.
- Applicants with less than two years of professional work experience are also eligible.
