About the Role

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Premier Tactical Security Officer. This role requires the ability to observe, anticipate risk, and act accordingly, with a strong emphasis on environmental awareness and rapid response in critical situations. Physical ability is essential for patrolling various environments.

Responsibilities

Observe and survey the area, providing reports on activity at the assigned location.
Work indoors and outdoors in variable environments.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Write detailed reports.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Detain and search individuals.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Requirements

Must have at least five years of security experience.
Must be 21+ years of age.
Must have baton permit.
Must have OC spray permit.
Must have handcuff permit.
Include your most up-to-date security resume.
Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings.
Provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED.
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
First aid certification is an asset.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
