About the Role
This person will support all aspects of SMT equipment on first shift at the Rochester, New York Operations Center. This role will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while balancing support with improvement initiatives. Essential to work well with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize shop floor issues and communicate with other shifts.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-secondary/Associate's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
Skills
- Operating SMT equipment
- Troubleshooting SMT equipment
- Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet production needs
- Experience with e3 (Lean/6 Sigma), 5S, and Kaizen tools and processes
- Working knowledge of IPC documentation, including IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC 7711/7721
