About the Role

This role focuses on the in-store customer experience, engaging customers in conversations about athletic footwear and apparel, and resolving issues with a positive attitude. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating your team to drive sales while upholding store standards and maximizing profits. Performance will be measured by your ability to meet personal and performance goals. You will assume leadership and management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

Maintain the quality and productivity of every aspect of your store.
Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, assistant managers, and store managers.
Learn and explain expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current or future products/trends.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
Confident and comfortable committing to an exceptional customer experience.
Motivated to achieve exceptional results through enthusiasm for customer interaction and sports products.
Perform tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
