About the Role

Corpay is seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator for its Alpha division, Cross Border line of business, located in London, UK. This mid-level, hands-on role involves daily administration, optimization, and development of the Salesforce CRM platform. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, maintain data quality and security, provide user support, manage releases, and drive adoption of best practices. The position offers the opportunity to shape Salesforce usage and ensure platform reliability and scalability, reporting to the Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including users, roles, permission sets, objects, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules.
  • Build and optimize declarative automation using Salesforce Flow, focusing on scalable, maintainable solutions and a strong user experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Own day-to-day user support and troubleshooting, identifying root causes and resolving or escalating issues appropriately.
  • Maintain data quality and governance through imports and exports, cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing integrity controls.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards that provide accurate, actionable business insight.
  • Manage changes through sandboxes, testing and UAT, release planning and deployment, with clear documentation and controls.
  • Support integrations, connected apps, and AppExchange products, working with technical teams and third parties to resolve issues.
  • Administer security and access using least-privilege principles, including regular reviews of permissions and sharing.
  • Create user guidance, process documentation, and training, supporting onboarding and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce technical debt, and improve platform performance, usability, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, with demonstrable ownership of BAU administration and platform enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM administration and configuration, including the data model, security and access, automation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation, with the ability to design robust solutions and troubleshoot existing automations.
  • Strong data-management skills, including imports and exports, cleansing, data-quality controls, and confident use of tools such as Data Loader.
  • Experience with sandbox management, testing and UAT, and the controlled release and deployment of Salesforce changes.
  • Good understanding of integrations, APIs, connected apps, and AppExchange packages, with the ability to work effectively with developers or vendors on technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance BAU support with planned project work.
