About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own the security certification strategy and related standardisation strategies.
- Structure standardisation and certification activities for scalability into international markets.
- Introduce certification readiness routines to internal development, operations, and other relevant organizational units.
- Own strategic projects and manage interfaces with customers and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to and support certifications and attestations executed by certification teams.
Requirements
- Well-founded, multi-year practitioner’s experience with standardized management systems and certifications/attestations in cyber security.
- Practical experience with at least two certified scopes according to ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, or BSI C5.
- Additional ISO management system experience with privacy standards is a plus.
- Multi-year experience with the aforementioned standards and certifications within a technical organization offering technical products.
- Passion for modern, tool-supported, and efficient integration of management systems and certification activities into daily organizational routines.
- Enthusiasm for technology and efficient structuring of documentation.
- Confident and communicative character to achieve goal-oriented results with international and internal interfaces.
- Proficient English communication skills (CEFR C1 or higher).
- Completely fluent German (CEFR C1 level).
