Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the security certification strategy and associated standardization strategies.
- Structuring standardization and certification activities, and preparing for scaling into more international markets.
- Introduction of certification readiness routines into internal development, operations, and other organizational units working in certification areas.
- Responsibility for strategic projects and fostering interfaces with our customers and the business.
- Participation and support in certifications and attestations conducted by certification teams.
Requirements
- Solid, multi-year practical experience with standardized management systems and certifications, attestations in the field of cybersecurity.
- Practical experience from two or more certified areas according to ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, BSI C5, PCI. Further experience with ISO management systems from data protection standards is a plus.
- Multi-year experience with the aforementioned standards and certifications in a technical organization, such as a company offering technical products, with nerds.
- Passion for the modern, tool-supported, efficient integration of management systems and certification activities into the daily routine of an organization.
- Intrinsic motivation and passion for the work, including continuously updating your know-how.
- Love for technology, comfortable with documentation, but aiming for the most efficient structure.
- Confident and communicative approach to achieving goal-oriented results with international and internal interfaces.
- Confident discussions in English (CEFR C1 or higher) and fluent German (at least C2).
