About the Role
This role focuses on Co-Brand product marketing, developing annual plans to achieve Canada ICS customer marketing objectives, including operational excellence, customer relevance, scalable engagement, and healthy returns on non-acquisition investments. The individual will coordinate with ICS stakeholder teams on investment and marketing strategies to influence and execute the marketing plan, and conduct post-campaign performance analysis to optimize impact and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work effectively across stakeholders to intake ICS customer objectives and develop annual co-brand marketing plans, ensuring enterprise and partner objectives are met.
- Improve the customer experience with relevant, timely, and synchronized marketing and holistic treatment strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end marketing execution of strategies and campaigns, including working with creative agencies, obtaining stakeholder approval, and deploying initiatives with internal and external teams, vendors, and partners.
- Support the flawless execution of the marketing plan in coordination with local and central teams, emphasizing controls and marketing excellence to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Measure campaign performance against KPIs to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- University degree in marketing, business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in execution of digital marketing strategies and digital campaign management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including presenting and selling new ideas.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs, and campaigns that appeal to customers, merchants, and internal business partners.
- Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across diverse partners.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, and adaptable to emerging AI tools.
- Employment eligibility to work with American Express is required; visa sponsorship will not be provided.
