About the Role
At Soho House, a Senior Recruitment Manager collaborates with the Global Head of Recruitment to oversee hiring for new and existing properties, manage recruitment processes, and foster partnerships. This role involves working closely with General Managers on sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, ultimately supporting the hiring of the best talent to maintain high standards.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for roles at all levels across houses, restaurants, and shared working spaces.
- Conduct proactive and reactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
- Coach and guide managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team on new opening strategy and high-volume hiring.
- Manage internal recruitment processes and applications.
- Provide feedback to all candidates.
- Lead external recruitment events such as careers fairs and open days.
- Continuously review recruitment methods to ensure constant improvement as the business expands.
- Build rapport with teams at all levels in operations and the support office.
- Train hiring managers on recruitment practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Recruitment Manager.
- Willingness to travel outside of London on occasion.
- Experience recruiting high volume within hospitality, shared working spaces, or retail.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize.
- Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
