About the Role

As an Insurance Graduate Analyst, you will be part of project teams supporting clients across leading insurers, brokers, and insurance market participants. You will help deliver end-to-end transformation, from strategy through to implementation, spanning underwriting, claims, digital engineering, and AI & data. You will gain hands-on experience and learn how consulting projects are delivered in practice, with increasing responsibility as your confidence grows.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and claims data, conduct market and regulatory research, and build presentations for a range of stakeholders, including senior client leadership.
Understand the transformational role and impact of AI across the insurance industry in areas such as distribution, underwriting, and claims.
Take on project management tasks such as organizing meetings, tracking actions and risks, and overseeing project plans.
Help build proposals and materials that win Alpha new work, and generate ideas for how services evolve.
Get involved in firm-wide initiatives such as recruitment, wellbeing, or diversity and inclusion.
Gain hands-on experience and learn how consulting projects are delivered in practice.

Requirements

Be predicted or have achieved a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline from any university.
Be available to start full time in September 2027.
Have a genuine interest in consulting and the insurance industry.
Enjoy solving problems and thinking analytically.
Be proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
Communicate clearly and work well with others.
Be excited by working in a collaborative, high-performing, and sociable environment.
