About the Role
As a world-class leader in the travel industry, Marriott International is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to lead the Kitchen team at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Taking control of the kitchen when the Executive chef and sous chefs are not present.
- Estimating and communicating daily production needs.
- Responding appropriately to guest needs during hours of operation.
- Ensuring that internal customers are communicated with on a daily basis.
- Maintaining full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards.
- Assessing quality control and adhering to service standards, including the support of food cost control.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, with good communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and solve practical problems in varying situations.
- Must have at least previous experience in a high-quality kitchen environment.
