About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer for their Rochester, NY team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow into a proficient installer.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation of furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, mini-splits, water heaters etc. for residential clients
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns
- Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
- OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
