About the Role

This is an entry-level Product & Project Management support role focused on administration, coordination, and organization to facilitate product and project progression. It offers a development opportunity with training and increasing responsibility, potentially leading to specialization in Product or Project Management.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Product Managers and Project Managers.
Maintain project plans, product documentation, trackers and internal systems.
Organise meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups.
Help track project milestones, deadlines, risks and outstanding actions.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations and other management information.
Coordinate information between teams and help ensure actions are followed up.
Support product and project processes and documentation.
Learn and develop an understanding of product and project management practices.
Take on increasing levels of responsibility as skills and experience develop.

Requirements

No previous experience as a Product or Project Manager is required.
The successful candidate will be supported and trained, with the role expected to develop over time into a more specialised Product Management or Project Management position.
You will have a strong skillset in all Microsoft programs.
