About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at Kita Zu den heiligen Schutzengeln, supporting up to 43 children aged one year to primary school. This role is crucial in enabling more children to have an equitable start in life. The position is initially fixed-term until October 2028, with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the children.
- Supporting children in developing their abilities, observing and documenting developmental steps.
- Planning and integrating various activities with and for the children, such as excursions and long-term projects.
- Engaging in dialogue with parents and guardians, recognizing them as partners in the educational process.
- Contributing to the continuous development of the Kita and participating in shaping its concept.
Requirements
- State-recognized educator qualification or an equivalent degree according to the Kita legislation of the state.
- Ability for open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.
