About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will help shape our very first pop-up store from the ground up, working closely with your colleagues throughout the season to ensure customers feel warmth and security upon entering. You will have a direct line to store management, with short distances and quick decisions being important to us.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building the store team and collaborate closely with colleagues.
- Operate the cash register and ensure customers have a special shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
- Maintain a high-quality, inviting product presentation, adapting displays as necessary.
- Actively advise and sell, and confidently resolve challenging customer situations.
- Keep store management informed with key information.
Requirements
- Several years of retail experience.
- Enthusiasm for shaping our first pop-up store from scratch (build-up and pioneering spirit).
- A good eye for decoration and product presentation.
- Sales strength and genuine enjoyment of customer contact.
- Resilience during the Christmas business and willingness to work Saturdays and peak times.
- Reliability and trustworthiness when handling the cash register.
