About the Role
The dreieins Innovative Pädagogik gGmbH is seeking a state-recognized pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for their bilingual Kita (German/English) in Berlin-Kaulsdorf. This role involves the holistic development of children and contributing to a creative and performance-oriented approach in education.
Responsibilities
- Holistic development of children in creative, cognitive, emotional, and motor areas.
- Preparation and implementation of age-appropriate pedagogical activities and projects within the framework of dreieins creativity pedagogy and the Berlin Education Program.
- Preparation, follow-up, and execution of parent-teacher conferences.
- Child onboarding, monitoring development, maintaining the language learning diary, and creating development reports using the PC-based GABIP program.
- Participation in team meetings, annual dreieins training days, and supervision.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-recognized educator or a successfully completed degree in pedagogy or social work, or a comparable socio-pedagogical qualification or recognized equivalence as a career changer.
- Proof of initial professional experience in a daycare center.
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting, with a willingness to take on new tasks.
- Proficiency in handling crises and resilience in stressful situations.
- Identification with the guiding principles of creativity pedagogy.
- Willingness for continuous further education and training.
- Good English skills in speaking and writing, with the ability to communicate confidently in English.
