This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, collaborating with housing associations and real estate professionals, developing tailored offers and contract solutions, coordinating customer inquiries, and engaging with consulting, support, and project teams through customer meetings, events, and direct interaction.

Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship, university degree, or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or a service-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer needs and find solutions
- Structured work approach and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluent German communication skills
- SAP or industry knowledge in the housing sector, or willingness to acquire it
