About the Role
We are seeking an experienced project manager to deliver complex regulatory or strategic change initiatives within an Agile operating environment. This role involves managing investment bank change projects as part of larger strategic and/or regulatory programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of investment bank change projects within strategic and/or regulatory programs.
- Create and manage the project plan, agile budget, resources, risks, issues, and delivery schedule.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team through the full project lifecycle.
- Develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure that Run the Bank teams are informed and prepared to assume new responsibilities post go-live.
Requirements
- Experience in project management and delivery within an Investment Bank or consulting to Investment Banks.
- Ability to build relationships across a global organization, build trust, and influence others.
- Experience in managing a team and/or multiple indirect reports in a program structure.
- Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage to a budget.
- Experience delivering regulatory projects and/or knowledge of the regulatory landscape is advantageous.
- Aptitude for technology.
- Curiosity to explore how AI can improve workflows, with sound judgment for validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
