About the Role
We are seeking a Client Associate with a strong professional presence to join our Private Wealth Management team. This role involves building trusted relationships, collaborating effectively, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and their families.
Responsibilities
- Act as a relationship manager for top tier clients, ensuring a high touch, personalized experience while proactively anticipating client needs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver seamless client service and support internal operational workflows.
- Manage and coordinate client meeting calendars, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow ups.
- Oversee all aspects of client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests with precision, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up to date client records and documentation.
Requirements
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and care when handling sensitive client information.
- Licensing Requirements: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or willing to obtain)
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
