About the Role
We are seeking a highly productive and skilled Designer to manage static creative and design standards across our marketing efforts. You will transform concepts and tests from strategists into original advertisements that drive conversions and set the benchmark for future creative work. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail in typography, layout, and branding is crucial, balanced with the ability to produce high volumes of work quickly and iterate based on performance data.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and static craft bar across our brands and categories, setting the standard for the wider pipeline.
- Transform strategist concepts, angles, and tests into finished, on-brand, high-performing static creative.
- Create master assets for iteration by the team and AI, including new formats, resizes, and variations.
- Balance craft with pace, producing strong work at speed without compromising quality.
- Apply a performance mindset to design social-native, direct-response creative that captures attention and converts.
- Help shape and maintain visual identity and design standards as the studio scales.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, producers, and editors to ensure efficient workflow from brief to asset.
- Develop clear, reusable templates and guidance for the iteration layer to ensure consistent scaling.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing excellent design craft in typography, layout, composition, and color, preferably in performance and/or brand contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work at volume in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A performance mindset, with experience designing social-native, direct-response creative and a willingness to learn from winning strategies.
- A non-precious approach to work, with a focus on shipping, learning, iterating, and accepting feedback.
- Strong collaborative skills, working closely with strategists and the wider team.
