Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques to identify strategic opportunities and optimize the value chain.
- Evaluate IT solutions using domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals.
- Create precise and thorough system documentation and articulate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Perform specialized research on third-party products to provide insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities.
- Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration.
- Run technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge to ensure scalable system performance.
- Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability.
Requirements
- Experience in Utilities Domain/Gas & Electric Utilities – asset management, outage management, network tracing, field mobility, etc.
- Experience implementing GIS solutions in the North American Utility market.
- Expertise in Esri ArcGIS platform – ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, Server, Data Store, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder.
- Experience with Schneider Electric ArcFM suite – ArcFM Editor, ArcFM Server, Designer, and Fiber Manager.
- Familiarity with utility systems integration – OMS, ADMS, CIS, SCADA, ERP.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
