Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take customer orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald’s standards
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Package customer orders correctly
- Maintain clean and sanitary dining and kitchen areas
- Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation procedures
- Work cooperatively with management and other crew members
- Follow assigned schedules and arrive on time for shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance and communicate appropriately regarding scheduling
- Provide a positive and professional experience for customers and coworkers
